Join a rapidly growing e-commerce business as a foundational team member, wearing a variety of hats and working at the intersection of premium fashion and sustainability.

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible experience, from start to finish. SoleHeeled is primarily an online business, so our customer interactions are largely virtual and all the more important in allowing us to earn the trust of our customers and strengthen our brand.
- **What you'll be doing**:

- Preparing quotes, responding to customer enquiries, and liaising with workshop staff.
- Fulfilling online orders — coordinating shipments, monitoring work in progress in the workshop, packing items for shipment.
- Opportunities to expand into other functional areas, such as marketing and project management for important business growth opportunities.
- **What we're expecting**:

- Availability for work between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Presentable in speech, manner, dress, etc.
- An interest in design, fashion and SoleHeeled's vision. We work with premium luxury and designer brands (like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, RM Williams) — you will need to be ready to learn a lot about their products and the services we offer for them.
- An ability to learn quickly and readiness to do whatever is needed, rather than deep experience in any particular field.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
