**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

Calling all coffee lovers & coffee addicts. We are looking for experienced and passionate Baristas to Expert Baristas & Junior Baristas with F&B experience at Sydney International Airport.

Allpress and Toby's Estate are our partners in the Sydney International Airport coffee game and are continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to creating the perfect coffee. Roasted in our very own backyard, they are leaders in sourcing beans to create cult-favourite flavours and blends that our customers love.

We are looking for a Expert Baristas & Junior Baristas who are coffee obsessed and passionate about their craft. Located in the heart of Sydney International Airport, these exclusive coffee partners are in an Insta worthy location (you should see the view) and caters to International travellers wanting the BEST coffee fix. If you’re looking for the next step in your career and are as coffee crazy as we are, then this could be your new role

**Must be able to work between the hours of 5:30am - 2pm, with availability on weekdays & weekends.**

**We are looking at extending our trading hours, so late night availability in addition to early mornings is highly regarded**

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience in a Barista role within a fast-paced retailer
- Coaching and training new team members to create high quality coffee (Senior Barista)
- Outstanding knowledge on all things coffee
- Ability with basic cafe/coffee art
- Experience in a F&B environment i.e. serving & light food and snacks
- Ensure that high quality coffee is served at all times
- Coffee machine maintenance and care
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to create relationships

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
