Countrywide Pools

Countrywide Pools have been actively servicing and installing pools in the Wheatbelt region for the past 20 years and as we head into the busy season and continue to expand, we are seeking to employ pool installers & allrounders to join our team.

This would be a full time position with a 3 month probation period. Some working away required (accommodation & meals provided). Immediate start available and training on the job will be given. Successful applicant must have a current, Australian driver's license and a HR license is desired.

Responsibilities will include:

- Installation of Fibreglass Pools- Ground works including digging, excavating, screeding and backfilling- Other general earthworks as necessary- Plumbing & Filtration works- Setting levels & heights- Installing pool equipment including chlorinators, pumps, heaters etc- Some after servicing may be required- Some shop front attendance may be required in downtime- Effective communication & problem-solving skills- Bobcat and/or excavator experience is desired but not essential- A can-do attitude- Ability to ensure quality workmanship- High level of organisational skills - ability to multi-task, work under pressure- and meet deadlines- Ability to work unsupervised- Able to use initiative- Conduct yourself with a professional attitude and presentation- Police clearance requiredThe position will be on an initial 3-month probation period and remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.
