Are you looking for a position that is challenging, fulfilling and will progress your career?_ - As a Support Worker - Supervisor, you will be trained to support people with complex disabilities to live independently, achieve their goals and provide support to enable them to have a positive impact in their local communities._ **What are we looking for in a Support Worker Supervisor?** This is a leadership role where you will be developing a weekly schedule for a participant with an Intellectual Disability, monitoring and directing staff, training and reporting details of progress to Stakeholders and Operations Manager. A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others. The physical capability to carry out a range of household tasks, cooking, cleaning, and exercise. Broad shift availability preferred. **What are the minimum requirements?** - Cert IV in Disability Services or similar Industry/ experience. - Min 2yrs Leadership experience. - Experience with PBSP and reporting. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Intermediate Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and Outlook. - Be eligible to work in Australia. - Current "C" class Qld driver's license. - A roadworthy, registered and full comprehensive insured vehicle. - Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or current Yellow Card.) - First Aid/CPR Certificate. - NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate. Covid 19 awareness training - (free online certificates) - x 3 Covid Vaccinations as per Queensland Health requirements - non-negotiable. **How much will you get paid?** You will be paid in accordance with the SCHADS Award or Contractual Agreement with a pay rate with relevant experience starts at $33.23/hr min full-time rate. There are additional penalty rates for broken shift allowance, weekends, travel, overnights and public holidays. **What are the benefits?** **Salary Packaging** Up to $15,900 per year tax free income for all employees who apply **Travel** Employees use their own car to transport clients and travel between shifts (where applicable) Kilometre allowance per 1 km = $0.96 whilst on shift. **Sleepovers** Allowance paid between 10pm and 6am or 11pm and 7am of $100 + disturbances **Salary**: From $33.23 per hour **Benefits**: - Salary packaging - Travel reimbursement Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Fixed shift - Flexible hours - Morning shift - Night shift - On call - Public holidays - Rotating roster - Shift work - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Penalty rates COVID-19 considerations: Covid 19 Vaccinations, mandatory masks, cleaning and social distancing are in place.
