We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our innovative and engaging team.

The Executive Assistant is accountable to the Principal through the Business Leader for the provision of a comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Principal and Executive Leadership Team that contributes to the effective operation and administration of the school.

The Executive Assistant provides a high level of para-professional skills and works under general direction and exercises initiative, pays attention to detail, confidentially, discretion and judgement in the day-to-day secretarial service to the Executive Team. The incumbent follows the school’s positive culture to the school community and including the school values.

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated skills in establishing outstanding customer service and effective working relationships with staff, students’ parents and the wider community.
- Experience in the use of computer systems and database systems, including Learner Management Systems, O365, Eduportal and EDSAS
- Proven experience working as a secretarial assistant to leadership and be highly organised, maintaining office systems, procedures and filing.
