To support the growth of the business, we are seeking a People & Culture Officer who has expertise in all aspects of People, Safety and Culture.

**The Opportunity**
As the part time People & Culture Officer, you will be responsible for proactively leading and delivering quality human resources and organisational development processes and services. Reporting to the General Manager, the People & Culture Officer will provide HR guidance and support across multiple areas of the business including, performance management, investigations, grievances, recruitment and selection, on-boarding, employee relations as well as the delivery and administration of human resource policies and procedures. As the People & Culture Officer, you will enjoy the challenge of a varied, dynamic, and fast-paced role.

**About You**
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience and qualifications working in a human resource department. This key role requires high energy, self-direction, and proven capability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in an outcome-focused environment. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are critical success factors. This unique opportunity will suit a People & Culture Officer seeking an alternative to a traditional corporate role. You will enjoy working within a family-oriented environment within a community who are all working towards a common purpose.
