**About the Role**:
The Centre Manager is a key role within the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, part of the Research Services portfolio. This position supports the Director in realising the Centre’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective management strategies to enhance the Centre’s operations.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal use of facilities and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
- Ensure the Centre operates sustainably and efficiently, adhering to best practices and organisational standards.
- Drive initiatives that align with the Centre’s mission and contribute to its long-term success.

**Position Description**:Centre Manager**

**This is a full-time, 3-year fixed-term position at a HEP9 classification level with a salary range of $124,066 - $129,080 per annum plus 17% employer superannuation, working 36.75 hours per week.**

**About You**:
You will be a highly experienced professional with a strong background in governance within complex environments, particularly in the not-for-profit sector. You will have a solid understanding of financial, funding, and government reporting requirements.

**You will also have**:

- Proven stakeholder management experience, with a track record of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating teams, with the ability to drive performance and achieve results.
- Expertise in business development and strategic planning, with a clear ability to set, implement, and deliver on strategies that support organisational objectives.
