Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual counselling sessions.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Facilitate workshops and community outreach programs.
- Stay updated on best practices and relevant mental health research.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
- Relevant counselling experience (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., PACFA, ACA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
