Payroll time and attendance officer within a fast-paced, high-volume team in West Sydney

This global, innovative solutions company is embarking on many payroll projects and requires payroll professionals. If you consider yourself an expert in time and attendance payroll processes as well as ready to step up and share your payroll knowledge within a high-performing team, then please make your presence be known

This is a great opportunity for you to develop your data entry and payroll administration skills whilst your company’s payroll team transitions - you will be ensuring the payroll team keep on task with their payroll process improvement procedures.

**Your new role**

In these roles being recruited for, the client is seeking officers who are capable of the following:

- Knowledge of timesheeting payroll processes via a major ERP software
- Assist with testing of ERP T&A upgrade and ensure leave and payroll timesheeting processes have been calculated correctly
- Assist T&A payroll processing team with their weekly deadlines and payruns
- Assist with T&A related reports that coincide with the T&A payroll team
- Assist with payroll timesheet enquiries

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have a high, proficient understanding of EBA’s and Awards
- Previous experience in payroll teams doing high volume weekly payruns via a major T&A software
- Initiative, resilience and a can-do attitude to meet deadlines, learn processes and work within a team environment
- All-round communications skills written and spoken
