**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in Connolly, WA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**We have a vacancy for a Support Worker to provide personal care and companion care to clients in the Connolly area. We estimate 20 hours per week in this area however if you are happy to travel further you will be able to pick up more hours. Ideally we would like to find someone that is available Wednesday to Saturdays and Mondays. Must have experience with clients living with Dementia.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
