Established over 20 years ago, DisplayWise is an innovative, creative and rapidly growing company within the construction industry. We design and produce bespoke displays and custom joinery to a range of corporate clients in the retail, experiential and exhibition industry and this is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team in an established and highly successful creative company.

To maintain that success, we are looking for Warehouse Supervisor who places Operational excellence up there with culture, accountability and drive. You will be a valued member of our friendly and supportive team working to tight deadlines in a fast paced and time critical environment while being very hands on.

Exceptional growth of the business and the increasing success of our Operational Department means we are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to drive performance to align with business strategies and objectives.

What we are looking for in you,
- Previous experience managing a warehouse, preferably in a joinery or manufacturing environment along with a HR licence and a Forklift Licence
- Manager to lead and work within a team to wrap, pack and dispatch custom stands along with managing our inventory, assets and freight schedules.
- Hands on approach when it comes to maintaining our environment, fleet of vehicles, safety, culture and Operational strength within the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while scheduling staff and resources to ensure we are profitable
- Willingness to be part of a hardworking and dedicated team with a hands-on approach to all matters by getting the job done.
- Respectful attitude and a great communicator on every level
- Commitment to take pride in your work and build a great work ethic leading by example.
- Passion for working in the construction/cabinetry/joinery/exhibition industry

About you
- Strong people person with the skills and the ability to communicate and interact with all types of people including staff and clients, computer literate, detailed and calm in your approach.
- Team player that values respect, teamwork, communication, integrity & achievements
- Care and pride in your work is a must along with your willingness to learn and take charge

Please note that this is for a January 2025 start

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
