Only About Children Cheltenham are excited to welcome a Room Leader to join our Nursery Room. You will work closely with the wider team and have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals. As a room leader, you will mentor and guide your colleagues in best practice for our children, as well as collaborating with the leadership team and wider OAC network. You will also create meaningful partnerships with families to support children holistically in their individual learning & development progression.
- You will support in preparing and delivering age-appropriate activities for children with safety andwellbeing in mind.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will document children's learning using Storypark and share/collaborate your programming cycle with your team.
