At Access Lifecare we aim to provide consistent quality and personalised support for people with mental illness. We have a newly created opportunity for **HR Co-ordinator **with experience to contribute to the growth and future of the organisation.

The HR Co-ordinator will be required to coordinate HR activities across Access Lifecare's operations in ACT & Queensland.

The Human Resources Co-ordinator's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Recruitment and selection**
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with our mission and values.
- Champion the employee experience by overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Coordinate end to end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant requirements throughout the recruitment process including employment laws, NDIS regulations, and industry standards.

**Employee records and documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Prepare and process documentation associated with all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information

**Employee relations**
- Manage the day-to-day people management processes and provide timely, customer focused support, to all staff at Access Lifecare
- Drive the performance management process to optimize individual and team performance.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees on various matters, including policies, procedures, and employment related matters
- Address team member concerns and grievances in a timely and fair manner
- Promote a positive work environment and foster good employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution

**Learning and Development**
- Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and design professional development programs.
- Ensure all staff are inducted into the organisation and undertake required mandatory training as per procedures.
- Managing employee learning and competencies such as regular training sessions and e-learning modules

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Prepare reports and analytics
- Assist with NDIS reporting, compliance and quality assurance.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualification
- Please note a Degree in HR/Business/Psychology/Commerce will be highly regarded together with some practical experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an HR role, preferably within the disability or healthcare sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in having difficult conversations
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites of programs, including outlook, word, excel and teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
