The Role:

- You will work with participants, our team and external providers to be able to get the best results for clients and the team.
- You will assist clients to gain employment, assist with housing and group activities.
- You will handle incoming referrals, promote our service and assist with client enquiries.
- You will work with clients with disabilities to ensure they live life to the fullest and have equal opportunity.
