Part time Medical Secretary needed to join specialist medical practice working 3 days a weeks.

Duties include:

- Scheduling patient appointments, sending appointment reminders
- Processing payments and billings
- Organising surgical theatre lists, paperwork for patient admission for surgery, and liaising with anaesthetists
- Scanning documents into medical software
- Audio-typing of some medical letters

Experience using medical software for a medical practice, managing electronic filing and being familiar with Medicare billing practice are strongly favoured requisites.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 26 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Murdoch, WA 6150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
