Based at our beautiful**_ _**Nellie Melba Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by collaboratively supporting our consumers living in our community, with tailored service options to suit their individual needs and enhance their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

As the primary point of contact, you will not only build strong relationships with both new and existing consumers and their families but also actively contribute to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for them.
- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents across our village
- Coordinate care services, allied health, housekeeping and companion visits.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation Provide support to your Clinical Manager

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A Comprehensive knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Working knowledge of AN-ACC
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
