**Casual Female Support Worker - North West / Dural Region**

Are you compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life?

We’re looking for a **female support worker** to join our team on a **casual basis**, supporting individuals with **psychosocial disabilities** in the **Dural and North West Sydney** area.

**About the Role**:
As a support worker, you’ll provide personalised, one-on-one assistance with:

- **Personal care** (showering, grooming, hygiene)
- **Community access** (appointments, outings, shopping)
- **Social support** (companionship, confidence building)
- **Domestic assistance** (cleaning, meal prep, household tasks)

You’ll be working directly in clients’ homes and out in the community, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Female applicant** (required for participant preferences)
** Car and valid driver’s licence - mandatory**:

- **Willingness to learn** and follow support plans
- Caring, respectful, and committed to person-centred support
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently

**Minimum Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- National Police Check
- Preferred Cert III in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (or working toward)

Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
