With a growing reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a hands-on Factory Supervisor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, guide the team, and maintain our high standards as we grow.

**What You’ll Be Getting Up To**:

- **Lead by Example**: Supervise, motivate, and work alongside your team to deliver quality results.
- **Hands-On Leadership**: Be actively involved in production tasks, setting the standard for performance and quality.
- **Keep Things Moving**: Manage production schedules and prepare fitters’ orders.
- **Manage Dispatch**: Oversee returns and dispatch to ensure seamless operations.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular checks to uphold our high standards.
- **Stay Organized**: Handle inventory, update orders, and complete essential admin tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years in a leadership role within manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- A focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Forklift and Drivers Licences are essential
- Experience with business software for managing inventory, production and general admin.
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to getting things done right

Pay: $61,278.88 - $80,000.00 per year

- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
