**Educators required at Croydon Park Centre;**
- **Diploma Qualified Educators** - Full time & part time (up to 38 hours per week)
- **Certificate 3 Educators** - Full time & part time (up to 38 hours per week)
- **Working towards Cert 3 or Diploma** - Full time & part time (up to 38 hours per week)
- **Trainees** - Well above trainee/award wages paid, guaranteed a minimum 15 hours per week

**Essential requirements**:

- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills to develop good relationships with children, families and staff
- Innovative, creative, positive and motivated
- Great personality with a professional manner and appearance
- Enjoy being part of a positive goal-oriented team
- Passionate advocate for 0 to 6 year old's

Highly desirable:

- Previous/current experience in an early learning environment
- Working knowledge of the EYLF
- Experience working in early education
- Working knowledge of NQS
