Eden Academy is dedicated to cultivating a holistic and nurturing approach to the Childcare and Kindergarten sector, but we couldn’t do it without our incredible team. We’re on the lookout for an experienced leader in Early Education who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family

Our
**North Haven** centre caters for up to 88 children, operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

**Eden Academy’s North Haven centre.** You’re excited to build a team and create an amazing new centre. You’ll have the time and focus, as enrolments are taken care of for you and you will work with a leadership team who are inclusive and supportive when you need it.

You will support programming that is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners that helps with their resilience and self-awareness. You will encourage conversations with children that develop their inquisitive minds and therefore create the basis of the Centres programming and the children’s learning journey with us.

**Start date: Immediately**

**A little about you**:
You’re an experienced Centre Manager who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style and you also have:

- Diploma in Children’s Services, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Leadership experience within an early childhood environment
- A current Working with Children check
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Australian working rights
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
