We are looking for a Sales Specialist to build relationships with clients for TPRC, working closely with teams across the business to ensure we keep growing, and our clients are happy.

**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Presenting TPRC to potential clients through meetings, phone calls, and VCs
- Understanding client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Building long-term, trusting relationships with clients
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Quickly responding to all inbound enquiries
**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who has solid experience in a sales role and is keen to hit the ground running. Any experience with recruitment, or sales experience in the health or resources sector would be very advantageous.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds
- Experience working with a CRM
- Self motivation and a drive to meet targets
- Experience in a high growth environment, so you're comfortable with change
- Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office 365, including SharePoint
This is a permanent, full time role where you will be predominantly in the office, with some flexibility to WFH.
