**About the Role**
- Receiving and prioritising jobs / workload plus the allocation of Electrical Engineers
- Promptly identifying and addressing required assistance for de-energized sites, while informing the Bendigo contact centre
- Meeting all contractual KPIs and obligations
- Maintaining open communication lines with the client and responding promptly to inquiries
- Providing efficient handover of jobs and tasks to team members
- Effectively communicating with the after-hours Bendigo call centre to ensure contract delivery requirements are met
- Managing ADHOC workflows efficiently

**About You**
- Previous Scheduler experience is essential
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate to advanced
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise on an autonomous basis
- Critical thinker and excellent problem solver
- Must be available Mon to Friday 2pm to 10pm, and 1 in 4 Saturday’s 9am to 1pm (SA times)
