**About the Role**

We need someone who’s confident behind the bar, moves fast, and is happy to jump on the floor when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve basic cocktails
- Pour beers and open wine
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar
- Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume setting
- Assist on the restaurant floor as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- **RSA certificate required**:

- Experience behind the bar preferred
- Fast worker and quick learner
- Calm under pressure and reliable
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude

**Availability**
- Must be available **Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - lunch and dinner shifts**:
