First established in Australia 20 years ago, CC Resorts designed footwear with the sole purpose of producing shoes that were modern & comfortable and has since expanded to New Zealand as well. We are proud of the fact that we developed an incredibly diverse range of products and brands ranging in style, feel, sizes and colours and stock to over 200 retail stores.

We have now expanded our brands with our most recent, Zagarra, offering an expanded style and product range as well as our own retail stores. Our focus for this role is to match this expansion in the digital space with our own websites.

About you

This is a role for someone who has creative flair and can help develop strong digital and social content. It is best suited for someone who has previous experience in graphic design and is ready to take on a role that covers more than just one area, taking our marketing to the next level and growing within the business.

You’ll help to manage the end-to-end process of digital content creating for our brands including videography / photography planning, content writing and graphic design (of newsletters and social posts).

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Planning, shooting, editing, and executing creative content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other creative platforms
- Coordinate and plan in-house photoshoots for e-commerce and social media images in line with the CC Resorts & related brands aesthetic
- Spearheads content initiatives for collection launches and holiday campaigns
- Create engaging social content weekly that aligns with CC Resorts & related brands
- Use timelines and scheduled content app to create a consistent stream of creative
- Social community engagement including responding to all messages in a timely manner, i.e. all direct messages, requests & comments
- Review social analytics to strategise new creatives to boost social growth with a keen interest in emerging social trends
- Work closely with the e-commerce team and our digital agencies to keep website up to date with corresponding imagery for business requirements
- Creative Newsletters to customers for new products and promotions across all brands

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in social media content creation / content production, Graphic design
- Strong social media understanding
- Proficiency using Adobe suite, Illustrator and InDesign
- Has a strong portfolio across print and digital design with a preferred background in fashion (not essential)
- Works well and focused under pressure to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
- Team player and someone who works well under their own initiative
- Experience in photography and/or co-ordinating photoshoots
- Strong design eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to carry a project from concept through to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
