**As a Cluster Manager you will**:

- Have experience in a similar multi site role for at least 2+ years
- Have previous experience in customer focused, sales driven industries - apparel, jewelry, luxury, tourism...
- Be motivated and driven to achieve KPIs
- Coach and mentor your team to achieve their sales goals
- Performance manage and develop your team
- Provide premium customer service and make a visit to Cue a memorable experience
- Build client relationships and expand your VIP database
- Host virtual styling sessions in store via our Book A Stylist service
- Think outside the box with solutions for recruitment, in store events and increasing productivity
