**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are on the hunt for a hands-on retail assistant to join our friendly team and grow within their role in our retail business, providing the best buying experience to our loyal customer base.

This position is perfect for someone with a focused and organised personality, who is a true team player. You will be able to work autonomously and are great at thinking on your feet.

We have a great work culture with a friendly team and are looking for someone with strong administration skills and retail experience so we can continue to delight our customers.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Be versatile, with an eagerness to take initiative and get things done.
- Work alongside the in-store sales team, supporting sales transactions and customer service.
- Assist with day to day administration tasks associated with running the business.
- Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by the team.
- Assist in planning, developing and implementing new initiatives and projects.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Experience in a medium sized retail team in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work alongside our team, motivating each other to achieve superior customer service standards.
- Energetic, motivated and eager to learn.
