Civil Supervisor/foreman

**Summerhill Civil is currently looking for Civil Supervisor/Foreman to lead a team up to 10 construction works and multiple projects. Immediate start.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Actively participate in the completion of work with teams in the field
- Accurate daily reporting of performance against set work objectives.
- Coordination of all operational and day to day activities in accordance with work schedules of the team.
- Demonstrates initiative and/or continuous improvement
- Responsible for supporting a high performance team culture through effective leadership practices, coaching and delivery of performance feedback.
- Undertake and record daily worksite/workplace assessments.
- Ensure that all fleet under their control are maintained in a safe and presentable condition at all times.
- Identify and resolve work problems on site.
- Actively participate in the development of a culture based around values of teamwork, collaboration, and respect.
- In the absence of your Supervisor, be responsible for day to day employee management where required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Current MR licence Minimum.
- White card
- Previous experience in a similar role. With solid reference.
- Ability to work safely & promote safety in the workplace.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Experience dealing with customers, clients, and members of the general public.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
