Due to an uplift in our operation, we currently have a unique opportunity for a **full-time** Hospitality Allrounder to join our team as a **Leading Hand **at the **Long Bay Hospital**. This role will have a hands on approach with our cleaning, catering and stores department, serving as a senior point of contact for all front line staff during their shifts.

**THE POSITION**
- Oversee staff and allocate tasks during a shift
- Be a point of contact for questions or escalations
- Assist with the cleaning of the hospital
- Preparing and serving of meals to patients from servery kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas and with equipment

**THE PERSON**
- Previous experience within a catering and/or cleaning role
- Flexible approach with great communication skills
- A passion for excellent service delivery, whilst being able to uplift your team
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza (or willing to obtain)
- Possess a National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Possess a Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial but not required
