1receipt® - Marketing Representative - Casual / Part-time Opportunity (Melbourne)

1receipt® is an award-winning unique platform that eliminates paper receipts while issuing, storing, and managing shopping receipts through a smartphone app.

**What You’ll Do**

We’re on the hunt for a **Marketing Representative** to join our marketing squad and make paper receipts a thing of the past in Melbourne You’ll:

- Represent 1receipt at selected shopping centers across Melbourne to promote the adoption of our unique sustainable e-receipt platform and acquire new users.
- Engage with walk-in shoppers to assist with downloading the 1receipt app and setting up their accounts.
- Promote exclusive offers and rewards, such as incentives for new users and 1receipt loyalty points, to drive app engagement.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the 1receipt app, including its commitment to sustainability, privacy, and enhanced shopping experiences.
- Provide exceptional support to both new and existing users by addressing inquiries related to digital receipts.
- Collect and share feedback on the user onboarding process and customer interactions to enhance platform performance.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to onboard new retail partners, introducing them to the 1receipt platform's features and benefits.

**Essential To Succeed**
- 0-2 years experience in retail/event operation/hospitality/onboarding role, open to fresh grad applicants.
- Flexible schedule with ability to commit to roster sent 2+ weeks in advanced.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - willing to approach both staff at partner-brands and potential customers confidently to educate on and promote 1receipt.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A problem-solver who's not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
- Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.
- Driven to contribute to building a successful business in one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Australia.
- Willing to commute to various places within Melbourne - we work with merchants within and outside of the CBD and travel will be required to reach each location.

Pay: $23.67 - $36.06 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
