Infinite Ability is an approved NDIS provider. We offer a range of support services for NDIS participants: Home & Community support, Supported Independent Living, Short term accommodation and Personal Care Assistance. We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and caring Female support workers in Colac to join our team. Your role is to help people achieve their individual lifestyle goals and assist with their everday needs. As we support people of all ages and interests, each workday will be different and innovative.

**Job Summary**:

- Supporting people with disabilities in their day-to-day living activities.
- Building rapport with Participants.
- Supporting people in their homes to access the community.
- Support to build capacity for their daily living skills.
- Provide high-quality, professional and individualised support to Participants.
- Complete all required administrative tasks.
- Working within a team enviroment and individually.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Essential:

- Cert IV in disability, Cert III in individual support or equivalent.
- Previous experience is highly desired.
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Experience in Manual Handling
- Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
- Current Driver’s license
