**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan & Schedule Production, Develop and adjust schedules to meet customer orders & shop floor capacity
- Optimize Workflow Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Manage Materials & Inventory Ensure stock levels support production needs
- Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with sales, production, procurement & logistics
- Maintain Quality & Compliance Support safety and industry standards

**What Were Looking For**:

- Experience in production planning/scheduling (preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing)
- Understanding of fabrication processes (welding, machining, cutting, assembly)
- ERP/MRP software experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a bonus)
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles
- Familiarity with SolidWorks/AutoCAD for reviewing drawings
- Understanding of ISO 9001 & workplace safety regulations

**The Work Environment**:

- Factory & Office-Based Expect to be hands-on in production
- Fast-Paced Multiple projects running at once

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
