Join our team and provide essential administrative support for medical education and training, ensuring the highest standards for Junior Medical Officers (JMOs). As part of this role, you will assist in all aspects of accreditation, welfare, education, and training for JMOs, supporting the Directors of Prevocational Education and Training (DPET) and monitoring the progress and education of International Medical Graduates (IMGs) in the Workplace Based Assessment Program. Key responsibilities include coordinating education activities, facilitating JMO orientation, and working closely with various stakeholders to meet the ongoing needs of JMOs. This position also plays a crucial role in promoting teamwork within the Medical Education Unit and providing support during peak activity periods, all while adhering to departmental policies and procedures. **About You**
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including telephone and public relations abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with junior and senior medical staff as well as senior management.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and achieve department goals, coupled with a high standard of computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite and network operations.

**Where You’ll Be Working**

You will be based at Gosford Hospital, however there may be a requirement to work from Wyong Hospital.
