Blue Peak Constructions is a respected entity dedicated to improving our community through local council projects. We are seeking a proficient Skilled Labourer/Excavator Operator to join our team. If you possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in excavator operation, have worked on local council projects, and hold concreting and truck driver experience (desirable), we invite you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and maintain excavators for a variety of local council projects.
- Utilize your experience to complete tasks efficiently and according to project specifications.
- Experience in concreting work is desirable but not mandatory.
- A truck driver's license is desirable but not mandatory.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and council regulations on-site.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and hours worked.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an excavator operator.
- Local council project experience is a must.
- Experience in concreting work is desirable.
- A truck driver's license is desirable.
- Valid Excavator Operator Certification and any other relevant licenses.
- In-depth knowledge of excavator operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
- Physical fitness and adaptability to various weather conditions.
- Commitment to safety and high attention to detail.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
