**About the role**:
**The Hours of Work**:

- Monday - Friday Day Shift work available (specific days and hours vary).
- Requires standing, walking, bending and lifting for extended periods.

**Your duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to**:

- Order Picking:

- Utilizing voice picking technology to accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Follow provided instructions for item locations, quantity, and any special handling requirements.
- Quality Control:

- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy, completeness and proper condition.
- Report any discrepancies to the Supervisor or relevant Team Leader.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including related to product handling.
- Efficiency and Productivity:

- Strive to meet or exceed daily picking targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with fellow voice pickers, Supervisors and other Warehouse Personnel.
- Maintaining Work Area:

- Keep the work area clean, organized and free from hazards.
- Ensure the equipment, such as voice picking headset is properly maintained and functioning.

**To be successful in this role you must be**:

- Must have 1-2 years of experience in voice picking within a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with using voice picking technology and handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Excellent communication skills, as voice picking involves verbal interactions with the system.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move items/cartons as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
