Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities. As a support worker, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Provide transportation to appointments and other community activities.
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans that address their specific needs and goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, and provide compassionate and respectful care at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Marys, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
