We are looking for
**NDIS Marketing/Business Development Assistant Manager.**

**The Role**
You are responsible in assisting the NDIS BDM for relationship management and business development with a focus on generating new NDIS business.

Your mandate will be to drive business growth through networking and relationship building with key Participant stakeholders and direct Participants, gaining new leads and establishing new business opportunities.

You will be a Business Development expert from within the NDIS industry. You come equipped with a sound understanding of the funding models of the NDIS and a strong suite of contacts to initiate your Participant engagement effective immediately. Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, or equivalent will be useful qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Marketing/Business Development Management to develop engagement strategies
- Attending network events, conferences, and other important relationship-building events
- Proactively nurturing leads in the pipeline and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the customer journey
- Proven performance in business development/growth in the NDIS space
- Possess a database of existing clients and be willing to harness them
- Be able to work with KPI's and targets
- Developing networks in the community to foster customer engagement & enquiries
- Consulting with cold and warm leads to provide advice and solutions to participants and help them understand the NDIS process

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience within the NDIS industry in a similar role
- Self-motivated & a go-getter
- You enjoy working with participants to deliver an exceptional sales experience
- This role is based on building relationships with industry contacts as well as participants, advocates, families, and carers looking for services
- Exceptional communication skills - you’re a natural communicator and empathetic towards our participants & their families
- Knowledge of NDIS practice standards, developing and implementation of tailored-care plans
- High-level consultation skills
