Scribe - State and Federal Government

In addition to experience with recruitment rounds and a solid understanding of merit-based selection criteria and legislative requirements, our Scribes are in demand for their:
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- Experience with public sector report writing
- Ability to identify key points and summarise statements
- The ability to motivate yourself and work autonomously; and
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to deadline
Tasks will vary pending the assignment, but may include:
- Attending and scribing for interview panels (virtual or in person)
- Taking detailed notes and producing quality selection reports
- Guiding and supporting selection panels
- Shortlisting and reference checking
- Facilitating applicants and panel members through recruitment rounds
- Acting as an independent panel member
If you are an experienced Scribe looking to work with an Agency who will provide ongoing support, has a consistent book of business but is also proactive in securing new work, and will consistently ensure that you have all the information you need to excel in your work, then the dedicated Scribing team at Hudson is for you
Please note that due to the nature of the work, Australian Citizenship is a requirement for these roles. A security clearance whilst highly regarded, is not mandatory.
In addition, the ability to attend in person may be required for some assignments, however this isn't always essential. Our federal government clients are located in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
