Our range of general insurance products protect customers on the road, at home and on holiday with various Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents, Pet and Travel Insurance products as well as Roadside Assistance.

**The role
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will handle interactions with our existing customers and proactively support them through their customer journey.

You will play a crucial role in actively promoting our brand to our customers by ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills and leave work each day knowing that you made a difference to our customers, in their time of need.

**Hours and Availability**
- A Permanent Full-Time role is on offer for you
- You will need the availability to work a rotating roster between Monday-Saturday.
- Monday-Friday rotating rosters between 7.00am - 6.00pm. Work up to 1 Saturday every 3 or 4 weeks
