**Outdoor Education Program Lead**

Melbourne Grammar School is seeking three passionate outdoor educators who possess high-level knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Outdoor Education within an experiential program in schools. The three newly structured roles will work closely together with the Director of Outdoor Education in the delivery of a sequential program of outstanding quality and long history. Each Program Lead will hold a portfolio of responsibilities including field program coordination, operational planning, educational design and staffing management.

**You will**
- Possess the ability to introduce initiatives and improvement to an evolving program, looking at both the student experience and learning outcomes
- Have relevant experience and knowledge in Outdoor and Environmental Education, including best practice risk management approaches
- Demonstrate experience in the management of people and programs
- Understand educational approaches to design and implementation of outdoor and experiential learning
- Have experience working with students at both primary and secondary ages
- Possess an appreciation of the vital role pastoral care plays in the education of students
- Possess appropriate outdoor activity qualifications
