**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to effectively promote our clean, vegan, and organic skincare and healthcare products.
- Build and manage marketing and lead nurture journeys tailored for various customer segments, focusing on engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Support the development of new product launches and marketing initiatives.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a comfort in writing and editing copy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaigns.
- Experience enhancing online presence to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of corporate branding initiatives across traditional and digital platforms.
- A passion for skincare, sustainability, and organic products is highly desirable.
