The SA/NT State PPS/OGS team are searching for a **Team Leade**r to lead the Post Placement Support/Ongoing Support team. This position can be based out of any APM across SA or NT.

**The Role**:
Energetic, passionate and attentive, you will need a proactive focus on your team and the ability to engage, motivate and mentor others towards continual improvement and overall success. The PPS/OGS team support our placed jobseekers and the employers they are working with and our claims team to achieve long term employment outcomes.

- Assisting the team in supporting our job seekers to maintain their employment through regular phone and/or face to face contact
- Submitting claim evidence and information that is timely and accurate
- Identify alternative or additional training and/or support based on individual needs of our employed participants
- Management of PPS/OGS consultants to adhere to all contract requirements
- Help employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our customers & guide on workplace modifications
- Identify clients suitable for Ongoing Support, preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments
- Actively engage with customers to positively advocate the APM brand

**What we need from you**:

- Proven experience in and strong understanding of Employment Services
- Demonstrated ability to successfully inspire, motivate, lead and support teams
- Competitive approach, drive to exceed personal and professional goals
- Ability to interpret data, and identify actions
- Forward planning ability with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent administrative skills, accurate data entry
- and high-level attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS suites (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- DES/IEA contract knowledge and have passed probation with APM
