Kidz Prints is a family run business. We are well known in the community for delivering high quality education and care in a friendly and supportive environment. Kidz Prints ELC is a 43 place centre educating children from birth-5 years.

**About the role**

We are looking for an assistant director to manage the day to day running of the service on the floor. The role will predominately involve ensuring educators are performing their daily tasks, children's daily programs are being implemented, and liaising with the director to ensure the team is provided with the training and resources needed to complete their tasks. You will be given some training to be available to assist parents with enrolments and enquiries in the directors absence.

The opportunity is flexible, with a room leader position available in the 0-2 years room, or as an educator in the preschool or toddlers room.

You will be working with approximately 8-10 staff each day. You must have confidence and experience with working and managing a small team (for example, previous 2ic experience or room leader experience).

**Skills and experience**
- A certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood
- WWCC
- First aid and CPR
