**Experienced Seamstress for High-End Fashion Brand**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sew high-quality garments from start to finished product, adhering to the brand's standards.
- Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently and safely.
- Interpret and understand patterns, making adjustments when necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with designers, tailors, and other team members to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
- Maintain strict quality control throughout the sewing process, ensuring flawless construction and finishing.
- Identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to the production timeline.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, assisting colleagues and participating in group problem-solving.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A minimum of **5 years experience** working with high-end fashion or luxury brands.
- Mastery of sewing techniques, with a proven ability to produce garments at the highest standard.
- Proficiency in the operation of industrial sewing machines and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring perfect seams, finishes, and garment construction.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and adapt them as required.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Excellent team player, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
