Remuneration Analyst

**_Purpose of Role_**

Coordination and execution of remuneration and analytical solutions including but not limited to job evaluations, data analytics and reporting, market benchmarking, and support with remuneration projects and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities_**

Coordination and management of agreed remuneration and analytical solutions including but not limited to:

- Conducting job evaluations in partnership with HR Business partners
- Provide market benchmarking and consolidating insights analyst
- Support with internal and external monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
- Support in the delivery of the annual salary review; including data analytics, system maintenance and management, development of salary review workshop materials and salary review deliverables
- Execution of market data submissions and remuneration surveys as required
- Delivery of remuneration solutions and support with day-to-day inquiries
- Support in the delivery of STI scheme maintenance
- Provide advice and guidance on award and classification inquiries
- Support in the maintenance of pay rules and data management in payroll system for agreed entities
- Maintain and update standard operating procedure for the remuneration function
- Identify and support continuous improvement of remuneration and workforce analytics reporting
- Assist HR Business partners with remuneration inquiries and insights as required

Knowledge and Experience_**
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Finance, or related discipline
- Up to 1-2 years’ experience in remuneration, finance, or related discipline
- Strong experience in statistics and/or analytics
- HR remuneration and legislative understanding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence a variety of audiences
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
- Experience in data visualisation and presentation
- Excellent time management and resilience
- High integrity and ethics
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office package, particularly excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding and/or in bench marketing methodologies such as Korn Ferry or Mercer.
