Complete an apprenticeship through Maxima as a Glazier

This 4-year apprenticeship will see you working fulltime within one of many SA owned and operated small businesses, assisting to install glass for commercial and residential customers. Day-to-day you could be working in some of Adelaide’s largest schools, or on-site at high-end housing projects.

Upon successful completion you will have achieved a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Glass and Glazing **and gained the skills to take on any glazing job from start to finish. This role will require you to travel between work sites.

**Duties Include**:

- Measure and cut glass
- Install aluminium frames
- Smooth and polish edges
- Fabricate and install glass and windows
- Manual labouring
- Glass repairs and replacement

**About You**:

- Strong problem-solving skills
- A reliable work ethic
- An eye for detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Great team player and can work independently

**Role Requirements**:

- Hold a provisional or c-class licence with reliable vehicle
- Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment
- Previous experience or pre-vocational certificate (desirable)
