**About the position**

The Student Success Officer is an advocate for students of Applied Training Solutions, supporting the student experience from enrolment to completion, and working to ensure a positive learning experience for all students.

As a member of our Student Success Team, you will be providing an outstanding service to both our students and our trainers/assessors. The Student Success Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal and external clients by ensuring accurate and timely data entry, record keeping and reporting of student data as per legislative and government contract requirements.

Being in a front-line student-facing role, the Student Success Officer is the 'Face of ATS' and provides a high level of customer service to students and employers.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Efficient handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
- Working with the Compliance Manager to accurately record and maintain student records in the Student Management System (VETtrak).
- Liaising with trainers/assessors and students as needed.
- Provide administrative support for trainers/assessors.
- General administrative and clerical support services including:
**Essential Experience (mandatory)**
- Previous experience in a similar role in an RTO setting.
- Experience with the VETtrak student management system
