Jessie McPherson Private Hospital Maternity Unit is currently a 19 bed antenatal/postnatal unit with a 6 bed SCN situated on the same site as Monash Health and Monash Children’s. We are able to provide outstanding patient and family centred care in a tertiary facility. We pride ourselves on excellent opportunities for professional growth

A new Satellite Maternity Unit is situated offsite to cater for low risk postnatal families. Commuting between the postnatal units, on an as needs basis, will be part of the Lactation Consultant duties.

**What you need**:

- Experience and passion about providing exceptional care to women and their families
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Authority (AHPRA) and IBLCE
- A current Victorian Drivers license
- Embrace best practice models of care
- Be highly accountable and demonstrate a strong supportive and engaging style
- Be passionate about achieving high quality clinical outcomes
- Enjoy working in a diverse and ever changing environment
- Be highly motivated to learn and willing to undertake continuing education
