Urbans is expanding our service offering and we are looking for an experienced** Storeperson** to join our Head Office team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work closely with the Operations team and Fleet Coordinator in monitoring and maintaining our field assets and general consumables.

**The Role**

Role Requirements (but not limited to:)
- Use High Risk Forklift Licence (LF)
- High level of fitness and good core strength
- Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia
- Assist work crews in loadout requirements for daily operations
- Receipting and returning items at the end of each days’ operations
- Assist the Fleet Manager in maintaining equipment and monitor consumables
- Counting and checking stock in receiving, including quality inspections
- Loading of stock into its correct storage area and ensuring the accurate record of its location is maintained
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operation of the warehouse
- Assist in stock taking and cycle counts
- Finding improvements in the operations

- Must have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Suitable level of fitness to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- Computer literate and experience working with ERP’s
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Can work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Are a fast learner
- Bring a positive, “can do” attitude to the workplace every day

**Qualifications and Experience**
- ** Must have** a current Forklift License
- LR/MR/HR Licence (desirable)
- Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Committed team player
- Minimum of 3 year in a warehousing or logistics environment (Cert III in Warehousing & Logistics well be viewed favourably)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Leads by example
