As our centre continues to grow, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a **trainee educator** to join our team and **work towards their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care** while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- A **school leaver**, or
- Someone with a **genuine interest** in building a long-term career in early childhood education
- Someone motivated, reliable, and passionate about learning and supporting young children

**In This Role, You Will**:

- Learn to support and implement the **National Quality Framework (NQF)** across all areas of learning and care
- Assist in delivering **exceptional early learning experiences** for children in both our Early Learning and Before School programs
- Be part of a **dynamic, caring, and supportive team** that will mentor and guide you throughout your traineeship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $69,000.00 per year
