**About the Role**:
We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual opportunities available at our Lilydale location for a customer focused individual motivated in progressing their career with us

You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from frame styling to following healthcare guidelines.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer Service: _ A passion in providing an excellent optical experience for our customers as first point of contact in our stores. Retail/Customer service experience is essential.
- Communication Skills: _ Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- Personalisation: _Providing styling advice on what kind of frames would suit our customers best when it comes to frame selection and celebrating individuality.
- Team Work: _ Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- Optical Experience: _ Optics experience and a dispensing qualification will highly desired
